We’re off to a wonderful start for the year with our recent visit to Medan, Indonesia!
Over the past weekend, we hosted an Evening Reception and Dinner with Professor Dato’ Elizabeth Lee at the JW Marriott Hotel in Medan, Indonesia. This marked the inaugural CEO Global Engagement and first official visit to Medan, Indonesia, and it goes without saying that we were excited to meet some of our alumni based there.
We managed to reconnect with a number of you, some of whom we have not seen for a long time, and we were instantly welcomed by the warm hospitality there. It was truly wonderful to see alumni from both old and recent graduation years, catching up on life.
The evening began with a speech from our Group CEO, Professor Dato’ Elizabeth Lee, showcasing the latest developments in Sunway Education Group, and expressing gratitude to our alumni for their support all these years. We then had a wonderful time mingling with one another while enjoying our dinner. It was a warm and fun atmosphere throughout the night, and we’re sure everyone had a fantastic time getting to know each other too.
We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to everyone who came and for spending your precious time with us. We hope to visit again soon and look forward to seeing some of you here in Malaysia soon! Remember to stay connected within the Sunway Alumni community in Medan as well!
